Pixar Fest Character Guide and Outfit Ideas

Pixar Fest has officially kicked off at Disneyland! There are so many unique characters that are out for this special event, so we’ve put together a quick guide on where you can find them and of course, outfits to match!

Ashlie’s family will be attending this festival in June, so we will update this blog after they return. Until then, we’ve gathered our information from WDW Magazine, Mouse Steps, and Mammoth Club! 

This summer festival celebrates all things Pixar and runs through August 4, 2024. There are specialty foods, parades, and nighttime spectaculars. Festivals often bring out unique characters, and Pixar Fest definitely has enough to go around!

Luca & Alberto

Silenzio Bruno! We could not be more excited about meeting this pair. Luca is a household favorite. You can meet these two besties at Pixar Pals Playtime Party in Disneyland Park at the Fantasyland Theatre. While we think this movie is the best, it doesn't have a lot of apparel or accessories. However, you can find some cute ears, so we paired this version with colors that represent these adorable sea creatures. You could easily swap out the blue athletic dress for purple or green, and it will still work for these characters!

Ian & Barley

If you are ready for an adventure, head on over to the Fantasyland Theatre, and meet Ian and Barley from Onward. It also looks like Guinevere makes an appearance! We love that these characters are getting some attention because this movie is so good. It’s filled with adventure, but still tugs at your heartstrings, which is the perfect Pixar formula. But, apparel and accessories can be hard to find for these characters. We got creative by adding elements of Guinevere to this look. 

Wade & Ember

These two adorable elements are making their Disney debut! You can find them at the Fantasyland Theatre at Disneyland. We added touches of both fire and water to bring this look together. It would also be fun to focus on just one element for a special look! 

Talking Dug

A VERY exciting addition to Pixar Fest is Dug and his talking collar! You can find this good boy at the Grizzly Peak Recreation Area at Disneyland's California Adventure! One of our favorite classic park outfits is a button-down, bike shorts, and a tank. It’s a great way to layer and still stay cool at the same time! There are so many fun Dug shirts and accessories out there, so have fun playing around with different styles. 

Mr. & Mrs. Incredible in Their OG Suits

Suit up! You can meet this dynamic duo in their original suits in Hollywood at Disneyland’s California Adventure. We went with a black athletic dress, but an athletic romper would also be very cute here. Since these costumes are rare, there aren’t a lot of options out there if you are looking to really theme it up, so try adding reds and blues to this look to tie it all in. We added some fun super hero accessories to complete this look.
