Our clothing items and hats are professionally printed by printers located out of state, and orders are shipped from there. These items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, but please allow about 2 weeks for your order to arrive to be safe. Other merchandise, such as our headbands and earrings, are pre-ordered by us through our wonderful vendors. This means that they are in our possession and are therefore ready to ship, unless otherwise marked. We strive to provide accurate arrival estimates for your convenience, but please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and appreciate your patience throughout the shipping process. We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please check our FAQ and size charts before purchasing. We are also not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for packages once they leave our printer.
