Since 1987, the Star Wars franchise and Disney have been working together to create galactic theme park magic within the Disney theme parks. Star Tours opened up an opportunity for Star Wars fans to experience a trip through the galaxy and encounter many fan-favorite scenes and characters throughout the ride and queue.

I remember this ride lovingly as a kid and always wanting to be chosen as the Rebel Spy on my family vacations to Walt Disney World. After Disney purchased Lucas films in 2010, Disney started dreaming bigger for their Star Wars theme park plans.

Now you can visit the planet of Batuu at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios. This is a fully immersive experience where you can find a fully scaled Millennium Falcon along with familiar faces like Chewbacca, Rey, and the Mandalorian. Some of my favorite interactions happen to come from the Stormtroopers.
With this expansion, it has become the perfect place to feel like you are part of the Star Wars story. If you’re headed to Disney and are looking for some outfit inspiration, we’ve planned 5 outfits that are cute, comfortable, and photo-ready, no matter which side you’re fighting for.
Anakin Skywalker Outfit for Disney
I reluctantly relate to Anakin Skywalker, as I also hate sand. But this outfit is not made for a sand dune - it was made for a full day at the parks.

This Anakin Skywalker outfit is perfect for Hollywood Studios, but because it’s casual, it can transition into an outfit that’s easy for the weekend. If you’re into leaning into the dark side, save this outfit for your next trip to Batuu.
Ahsoka Tano Outfit for Disney
In 2008, Ahsoka Tano emerged on screen in the movie Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Voiced by Ashley Eckstein, Ahsoka became a truly beloved character within the Star Wars franchise.

A lot of Star Wars characters have a muted color palette, so we love the bold blues and oranges from Ahsoka’s outfit due to her lack of colored light sabers. This Ashoka Tano outfit is perfect for a summer day at Disney World or Disneyland. The blue athletic dress will keep you cool but ready for a photo opportunity!
Baby Yoda (Grogu) Outfit for Disney
From the moment we laid eyes on little baby Yoda, we were in love. Grogu stole our hearts on the Mandalorian, so we had to create a Grogu/Mandalorian inspired outfit for your Disney vacation.

Currently, guests can catch the Mandalorian and Grogru roaming Batuu. This casual Star Wars outfit will be great for getting to say hello to the cutest green guy in all the galaxy! You can easily swap the skort for bike shorts if that’s what makes you more comfortable.
C-3PO Disneybound Outfit for Disney
Love him or hate him, C-3PO is arguably the most iconic droid within the Star Wars franchise. Even though his attitude can be a bit fussy, his gold metal outshines any grumpiness.

If you’re looking to stand out on either May the 4th Day, or even enjoy a drink at the Hyperspace Lounge on a Disney Cruise, this C-3PO Disneybound is the way to go. This Star Wars Disneybound was inspired by Kara Kelso, who wore this dress for a Thanos outfit when I met her on the Disney Destiny. So if you’re into Disneybounds, this dress is in fact versatile!
Rey Disneybound Outfit
I have no shame in admitting that I love Rey Skywalker. And if you’re like me, getting to see Rey and Chewy roam around Batuu is a real treat when you’re in Galaxy’s Edge.

This Rey-inspired Disneybound leans into her neutral monochrome tones while still creating an outfit that is cool and easy to wear around Hollywood Studios for the day. If you’re not into skirts, brown linen pants would be a perfect swap to keep the theming and keep you cool on a hot summer day at Disney World or Disneyland.

Planning Star Wars outfits for your Disney vacation can be so much fun. We hope we have brought you plenty of inspiration for your upcoming trip. Let us know in the comments which one you’re wearing to the theme parks.

And remember, theme park fashion doesn’t have to be complicated, it just has to make you smile.
